In United States of America, first recorded Baseball game was played in 1791. Since then, many countries play Baseball but mainly it is played in United States of America, Canada and Japan.

The main objective of Baseball game is to score more than your opponent team. The team which scores more after 9 innings, wins the match. In Baseball, there are 9 players in a team. In this, there is a pitcher who throws the ball towards the batsman like in Cricket, there is a bowler.
But in Baseball, pitcher has to throw the ball to the batsman without any stop. In this, there is a catcher who stands behind the batsman like in Cricket, there is a wicket keeper. In Baseball, there are 4 bases in the inner field.
In one base, there is a batsman and behind him, there is a catcher. In the remaining 3 bases, there are 3 baseman. Along with the baseman, there are runners of the batting team.
Along with the baseman, to help them, there is a shortstop in the inner field who catches the catch or throws the ball to the baseman. In the outer field, there are 3 more players who stand to catch the catch or to field the ground. In every base, there is a distance of at least 90 feet.
Pitcher’s mound means the distance from where the pitcher throws the ball to the batsman is 60 feet from the home plate where the batsman stands. If a batsman missed the ball 3 times in a row and the ball is in the hitting area, then the batsman is considered out.
But if a pitcher throws the ball 4 times outside the hitting area, like in Cricket, there is a wide ball, then the batsman gets a free run and the batsman walks from one base to another.
The batsman’s attempt is always to hit the ball as hard as possible. And the ball should always be inside the foul lines. After hitting the ball, the batsman leaves his bat at the base and runs towards the first base.
Until a fielder catches the ball and throws it towards the baseman, you can cover the base as much as you want and you will get as many runs. Like the batsman goes from his home plate to the first base while hitting the ball.
Similarly, the runner of the first base goes to the second, the runner of the second goes to the third, and the runner of the third comes to the home plate and his batting happens.
But if a runner gets the ball in the hands of the baseman before reaching the base, then the runner is out. For example, assume that a runner is running from the first base to the second base. Before the runner reaches the second base, a fielder throws the ball to the hands of the second baseman and the second baseman catches it, then the runner is
out.
If a batsman hits the ball very fast, crosses it from the diamond area and reaches the audience, then it is called a home run, that is, he gets the whole run. And if the runner is present at all bases, then the batsman hits a home run, then it is called a grand slam.
If three players of the batting team are out, then their innings end and the innings of the other team start. In one match, each team plays 9 innings. If a match is tied after 9 innings, then extra innings are played.
The one who hits the most in that extra innings wins the match. Now let’s talk about the players’ equipment. Baseball bat is either made of wood or aluminum. And the baseball ball is white and has red colored stitches and the diameter of this ball is 3 inches.
Players of the fielding team wear a type of glove to catch which is called mitts. And the catcher who stands behind the batsman wears an extra padding glove, wears a leg guard, wears a body pad and wears a helmet.
